Most initiatives stall long before anyone compares vendors.
Before an enterprise can choose a product, build in-house, or stop altogether, someone has to work out what problem is being solved, who needs to agree, and what evidence would settle it.
That work is scattered across email, chat, slide decks, spreadsheets and people's memories. It depends on a few overloaded individuals, and when the initiative ends, the reasoning behind it is lost. The next one starts from zero.
- What problem are we actually solving?
- Should we buy, build, extend, wait, or stop?
- Who has to be involved, and who approves?
- What evidence is missing or contradictory?
- What has to become true before we can decide?
An agent that takes on the work, not another tool to fill in.
The agent keeps a living record of each initiative and works on it continuously, alongside the people involved.
Frame
Defines the problem, the target outcome and the realistic options, including building, buying, extending, deferring or stopping.
Align
Maps owners, stakeholders and decision rights across business, IT, security, finance, procurement and legal.
Evidence
Separates facts from assumptions and vendor claims, and flags what is missing, stale or contradictory.
Drive
Assigns next actions with owners and deadlines, follows up, and updates the record as new information arrives.
What your leaders receive
The agent prepares the decision. People make it.
- A one-page executive decision brief with the options, trade-offs and recommendation basis
- A shared action plan covering gaps, owners, deadlines and escalations
- A clear view of how close the initiative is to being ready to decide, and what is blocking it
- A full record of the evidence and reasoning, kept for the next initiative
We are looking for five design partners.
We want to work closely with a small number of enterprises on real initiatives. You would be a good fit if you have:
- 500 or more employees
- A live technology initiative that involves several departments, such as an AI rollout, a transformation program, or a pilot deciding whether to go to production
- An owner who is willing to work with us for 30 minutes a week
What you get
- Hands-on support from the founders on your initiative
- Direct influence over what we build
- Early access as the product develops
The team
We have spent our careers on both sides of enterprise technology decisions, as the seller and as the advisor.
